End of commute, start of circuit!
Some fantastic cappuccino’s this morning before a huge descent to the valley. Still a fair amount of elevation gain for the day, but over a longer stretch. We finished the day in Besisahar and met up with Matt, who cycled from Pokhara. Tomorrow we’ll head up the valley!
Crayzay climb
Another fun day… which started with our hosts wanting to give us a proper send off. Crazy steep dirt climb about half way through the day. Fun riding along the ridges. Finished in Gorkha, a pretty good sized city I had been to for work before. Got a haircut. Found some pizza!
Thanksgiving ride
Unexpectedly nice hotel last night, Siddhartha (last pic) really went above and beyond to take good care of us. The morning breakfast and cappuccinos were also surprisingly good… and we needed it because today was pretty long and had two significant climbs, not to mention it was pretty hot, very dus...
